Hola amigos de la red de todo el mundo, hoy EL DERMAGIC EXPRESS te trae una historia bien interesante y que vale el esfuerzo leer LA CAIDA DEL NIMESULIDE Y EL DERMAGIC EXPRESS ORIGINAL.
Quizás te estés preguntado qué significa este título que le coloque a la revisión, o mas allá, si eres medico o paciente de LA NUEVA GENERACION no conozcas la palabra NIMESULIDE ni lo que significo a nivel mundial hace mas de 15 años, pero que vale el esfuerzo recordar, porque es la cruda historia de uno de esos tantos medicamentos DE MALA CALIDAD, que hizo mucho daño y al final termino siendo retirado del MERCADO MUNDIAL, dejándose solo su uso en ADULTOS solo 5 días de tratamiento y bajo estricta orden medica, y PROHIBIDO TOTALMENTE SU USO EN NIÑOS MENORES DE 12 AÑOS DE EDAD por la EMA (AGENCIA EUROPEA DE MEDICAMENTOS).
Pero quizá te estés preguntando también que tiene que ver todo esto con el DERMAGIC EXPRESS, y como siempre te lo voy a contar:
Cuando "REINICIE O RELANCE" esta NUEVA VERSION DEL DERMAGIC EXPRESS, entre comillas te dije en el artículo que LA MAQUINARIA DEL DERMAGIC EXPRESS, le iba a demostrar a propios y extraños quien era, es y será el DERMAGIC EXPRESS, te dije que había nacido en 1.998 como una "LISTA DE CORREO", la cual distribuía semanalmente, y que posteriormente la convertí en un espacio WEB que ya conoces.
Pero NUNCA te dije que TODAS exclusivamente TODAS LAS PUBLICACIONES DEL DERMAGIC EXPRESS ORIGINAL SIGUEN EN LA INTERNET ONLINE. El detalle es que el SERVIDOR que hospedaba el WEB SITE (FORTUNECITY) dejo de funcionar y DESDE EL 1O DE NOVIEMBRE del 2.011 no pude entrar más al sitio y allí quedaron todas las publicaciones ONLINE, mas sin poder editar o publicar nuevas ediciones.
Después de casi 1 año logre COMUNICARME con los nuevos dueños de FORTUNECITY, hoy llamado GEOCITIES.WS, y gracias a su gran colaboración pude TRASLADAR TODAS LAS EDICIONES al nuevo servidor y que encontraras en este sitio: http://www.geocities.ws/dermagicexpress al cual he denominado EL DERMAGIC EXPRESS ORIGINAL DONDE ENCONTRARAS LAS EDICIONES DESDE 1.998 hasta el 2.011.
Entonces también te preguntaras porque en el 2.005 deje de publicar dos (2) años, luego en 2.008 tampoco publique, regrese en 2.009 a develar el FRAUDE DE LA GRIPE AH1N1, y en NOVIEMBRE de 2.011 lance la ultima publicación de ese CICLO sobre el capitulo LEPRA en un niño de 9 años en este país.
Y como siempre te voy a dar la respuesta a estas interrogantes: EL NIMESULIDE fue lanzado al mercado en 1.995 en Suiza y descubierto en los Estados Unidos, más nunca fue aprobado su uso en ese país. Se trata de una MOLECULA COX-2 cuyo efecto antiinflamatorio y antipirético es muy potente. Las ventas por este medicamento fueron billonarias a nivel mundial.
Pero también te cuento que el nivel de TOXICIDAD HEPATICA de esta medicina es LETAL pudiendo producir la muerte de un paciente en solo 5 días de tratamiento, hecho que me fue reportado por la hermana de un paciente que luego de haberle extraído un diente, le indicaron NIMESULIDE y al 5to día FALLECIO por NECROSIS HEPATICA MASIVA y fallo orgánico general.
Y te cuento más: yo me entero de la TOXICIDAD del nimesulide y LO PUBLIQUE EN EL DERMAGIC EXPRESS, y para mi sorpresa un representante del LABORATORIO me llamo en forma amenazante... todavía recuerdo sus palabras..." EL NIMESULIDE ES BUENO... DE DONDE SACAS ESO QUE MATA GENTE... NO SIGAS PUBLICANDO, VAMOS A HABLAR..."
YO le conteste: "NO HAY NADA QUE HABLAR, LA MEDICINA ES MALA Y DEBE SALIR DEL MERCADO, ....." SI VAS A ATACARME HAZLO... QUE YO TAMBIEN VOY POR TI..."...
