La SIBUTRAMINA, conocida con los nombres comerciales de REDUCTIL, MERIDIA, y otros, fue lanzada al mercado en el año 1.997, lease bien hace 26 años, por el laboratorio ABOTT, para bajar de peso, es decir un medicamento ANOREXÍGENO, es decir, su mecanismo de acción es suprimir el deseo de comer.
Esta medicina relacionada con las anfetaminas actúa inhibiendo la recaptación de noradrenalina, de serotonina y en menor medida de dopamina. Proporciona una sensación de saciedad y además produce un efecto termogénico (atenúa la disminución adaptativa del metabolismo basal durante la pérdida de peso).
EFECTOS SECUNDARIOS
1.) Aumento de la presión arterial y la frecuencia cardiaca.
2,) Sequedad de boca.
3,) Rubor.
4,) Sudoración.
5,) Dolor de cabeza.
6,) Insomnio.
7.) Náuseas.
8.) Depresión, incluyendo intentos de suicidio.
9.) Estreñimiento.
10.) Aumento de la sudoración.

8.) Uso concomitante de inhibidores de la monoaminooxidasa (IMAOs)
9.) Uso concomitante de otros agentes para reducción de peso de acción
central
10.) Glaucoma de ángulo abierto, antecedentes de PIO elevada
Predispuestos a hemorragias o con medicación que modifique hemostasia
o función plaquetaria
11.) Antecedentes de depresión.
LAS MUERTES Y SU RETIRO DEL MERCADO
El 17 de Marzo del 2.002 el laboratorio ABBOT dueño y creador de la medicina, 5 años después, lease bien 5 años, RECONOCE que la SIBUTRAMINA provocó LA MUERTE A 34 personas: 28 en ESTADOS UNIDOS, 2 en ITALIA, 2 en el REINO UNIDO, 1 en SURAFRICA y 1 en SUIZA, y en esos años ya se habían reportado más de 200 efectos adversos sobre su uso.
"El Departamento de Salud británico declaró: 'Hasta el 13 de marzo de 2002 se han recibido 212 informes de lo que se sospecha son reacciones adversas, en el Reino Unido, relacionadas con la sibutramina'. De estos informes, 93 fueron considerados graves."
A pesar de ESTAS 34 MURTES confirmadas por su uso, PASARON 8 AÑOS MAS, con esta MEDICINA EN EL MERCADO y fue el 8 de OCTUBRE DEL año 2.010 cuando LA FDA decidió sacar del mercado a la SIBUTRAMINA.
A partir de esa fecha casi todos los PAISES DEL MUNDO que la comercializaban la sacaron del mercado, pero ahora te cuento una HISTORIA, que es el GRAN MOTIVO de esta publicación.
LA SIBUTRAMINA Y EL MERCADO NEGRO
El 13 de septiembre del año 2013 (3 años después de su retirada del mercado) la AGENCIA ESPAÑOLA DE MEDICAMENTOS retira del mercado 4 productos que en su etiquetado NO marcaban SIBUTRAMINA, y la contenían;

Otras más que existen en el mercado y son ilegales te las nombro: dinitrofenol, meizitang, aspolvit, captalip, aspolvit, carni lean,
dietabelt, reduexpress, lipovon.

DINITROFENOL: El 2,4-dinitrofenol o DNP es una sustancia ilegal y potencialmente

el "quemagrasas mortal", en lo que va de año ha causado la muerte
a 5 personas en Reino Unido. La Interpol alerta sobre sus riesgos. En el
REINO UNIDO entre 2007 y 2014 se documentaron 24 casos, de los cuales 5
murieron.
MEIZITANG: vendido en Chile, contiene SIBUTRAMINA, descubierto en el año 2016 y alerta a la población de no
usarlo.
LIPOVON: Descubierto en España en año 2010 y retirado del mercado,
contiene SIBUTRAMINA
FRUTA VERDE: comercializado en España y Otros paises; contiene
SIBUTRAMINA
En el año 2018 España vuelve a ser noticia cuando La
organización de consumidores OCU ha denunciado a 23 productos dietéticos
"adelgazantes trampa" por publicidad y etiquetado ilegales y ha
alertado de que "no existe actualmente control de la publicidad, ni de la
comercialización" de los productos que se ofrecen para ese fin.

SIBUTRAMINA, known by the trade names REDUCTIL, MERIDIA, and
others, was launched on the market in 1997, well 26 years ago,
by the ABOTT laboratory, to lose weight, that is, an

THE DEATHS AND THEIR WITHDRAWAL FROM THE MARKET
On March 17, 2002, the ABBOT laboratory, owner and creator of

SIBUTRAMINE caused the DEATH OF 34 people:
